RESPONSIBILITIES

* To develop and implement a central Reporting Data model across all business lines and operational support functions.

* Strategically drive, manage and work with the global office, and Head of Departments to provide relevant, meaningful and actionable insights to several departments across the different global offices.

* To build & deliver capabilities that would enable business to perform self-service around reporting, analytics and dashboarding.

The CRM and Database Specialist will be working out of our Armenia office and manage all aspects of Sugar CRM from a marketing perspective, from campaign creation to tracking and reporting. You will be enabling the front-end teams with the right campaign tracking mechanisms/codes etc and working with the back-end teams to ensure CRM structuring for effective tracking.
