- The second phase of Brexit talks will be harder than the first.
- There is a need to formalize the withdrawal agreement before negotiating a future relationship with Britain.
- Brexit depends on the British Parliament and the British people.
- The great effort of Teresa May, the British prime minister, must be recognized.
- I have an extraordinary faith in the British Prime Minister, and she has agreed with me and Michel Barnier that the withdrawal agreement need to formalize.
