BoE keeps interest rates unchanged

The Bank of England kept interest rates unchanged at 0.5% as expected, with a total of 6 members in favor of keeping the interest rate unchanged versus 3 members voting in favor of raising interest rates. The bank also kept the bond purchase program at 435 billion pounds by consensus.
