Jabber al-Luaibi, Iraqi Minister of oil, made the following statements:
- Oil prices are improving.
- Iraq will decide by year-end whether to continue to cut output.
- We will not deviate from any OPEC decision on the oil supply.
- At the next OPEC meeting we will decide on production in 2019 if the production cut will be extended or not.
