Sabin Lautenschlaeger, ECB Executive board member, made the following statement:
- Further precautionary policy may be needed.
- I mean by that tightening of measures based on borrowers.
- The toolbox defined by the EU legal framework may be too small to deal with all types of systemic risk.
- The risks of stability are not very clear yet.
