British Prime Minister Theresa May's top critic will make clear their demands today for Brexit, as the leader of the Conservative Party is heading for a potentially decisive showdown with its top ministers.

The answer to the question of how the prime minister emerged from these internal battles was a key issue after last week's EU leaders' shock and rejected her proposal, unleashing speculation about the challenges she is facing. Some news of possible early elections in November emerged.

Theresa May is holding her ministerial meeting after Boris Johnson, former secretary of state and David Davis, the former Brexit secretary endorse an alternative plan to leave the EU more difficult. The Institute for Economic Affairs will publish a plan that argues that the UK should seek a free trade agreement modeled on the one Canada just struck with the EU.

At the same time, the opposition Labor Party is creating a different kind of problem over Brexit by leaving the door open to support a second referendum on leaving the EU. Labor leader Jeremy Corbin repeated his preference for snap elections.
