U.S. stocks rises after unemployment falls

The S&P 500 rose 7 points, or 0.26 percent, to 2909.22 with U.S. markets opened, while the Dow rose 38 points, or 0.15 percent to 26,666.21, while The Nasdaq Composite Index was up 15 points, or 0.19 percent, to 7894.67.

The U.S. economy created fewer jobs than expected in September, but unemployment fell to its lowest level in 48 years, indicating that the U.S. economy is in full employment. Expectations for Fed interest rates in December rose slightly to 77.7%.

Following the release of the data, the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds jumped to 3.227%, a level not seen since 2011.
